Delivery and Returns
Production & Shipping

- 14–28 days (domestic & international) via local post; occasional delays possible
- ~7 business days, available upon request for ≈ $23
Returns & Exchanges
- Starts from date of delivery
- Unworn, unused items with tags in original packaging, plus proof of purchase
- Return your item for approval, then place a new order for the replacement
Non-returnable & Exceptions
- Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless damaged or lost in transit)
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; processing time depends on your bank
