Made from genuine Crazy Horse leather, each strap combines durability with a timeless look. Inspired by our customers, we’ve refined the design to suit every style. The perfect mix of high-quality leather and classic design makes it an ideal, ageless gift for any musician.

PERSONALIZATION INSTRUCTIONS

If you need a gift box, please choose the “Strap + Gift Box” option.

Add all personalization details in the Personalization field.

Example:
Front side – MICHAEL, Vertical-2, Font #4
Inner side – I love you so much, Horizontal, Font #1

Please include:

1. Text (name, initials, phrase)

2. Position: Vertical-1, Vertical-2, Horizontal-1 or Horizontal-2

3. Font number (see photos)

4. Custom image (optional) – attach it in the listing or send via email

If you choose the Strap + Gift Box set, personalization is free on both items.

Important: Personalization is less visible on dark leather (Matte Black, Dark Chocolate). For brighter engraving, please choose lighter colors (Whiskey, Emerald, Deep Blue, etc.).

Returns & Exchanges

• Starts from date of delivery
• Unworn, unused items with tags in original packaging, plus proof of purchase
• Return your item for approval, then place a new order for the replacement

Non-returnable & Exceptions

• Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless damaged or lost in transit)
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; processing time depends on your bank
