PLACING A PERSONALIZATION ORDER

ATTENTION! If you need a gift box included, please choose the "Strap + Gift Box" option.

Describe all personalization details in the Personalization Field.
Example:
Front side - MICHAEL, Vertical-2, font #4;
Inner side - I love you so much, horizontal, font #1

Follow these steps to place your personalized order:

1. Write the name or text you would like to engrave (e.g., John, JWL, Happy Birthday John!).

2. Choose the position: vertical-1, vertical-2, or horizontal. Please refer to the product photos for examples and include the position number in your personalization details.

3. Select the font you prefer (font examples are shown in product photos). Add the font number in the personalization field after your text.

4. Custom pictures: if you wish to include an image or design, please send it via email.

5. Guitar Strap + Gift Box: when you select the gift set option, personalization on both items is included at no extra cost. Describe all details for both in the personalization field.

Please note: personalization is less visible on darker leather colors (Matte Black and Dark Chocolate). For brighter and more noticeable engraving, choose lighter colors such as Whiskey, Light Brown.

Returns & Exchanges

• Starts from date of delivery
• Unworn, unused items with tags in original packaging, plus proof of purchase
• Return your item for approval, then place a new order for the replacement

Non-returnable & Exceptions

• Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless damaged or lost in transit)
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; processing time depends on your bank
