Very easy to deal with and always so helpful. If I had four gotten something they take the time and get the information to me. Never mind that the engraving is fantastic but they take the time and effort to make sure how you want it and show you pictures of the mock-up to show you how it looks. And bang you get yourself a show peace of a leather strap. Fantastic work and communication.

The guitar straps is well made, the lettering is perfect. I chose to get the strap with wooden box. The box is very well crafted and the lettering was done with excellence. This was a Christmas gift for my 13 yr.old grandson and he couldn't have been happier. Thanks for getting it to him on time.

The strap is beautiful. Did want to make one recommendation, when it was shipped, the box was too small and strap was folded to fit. Everywhere there was a fold, the leather had a crease mark. Maybe use larger box or large envelope. Still, beautiful and great price. Using oil to buff out the fold marks.
