Failed after 1 month

This collar has zero durability. It's flimsy and after my dog wore for one month, swam in our pool, and went on walks, it is falling apart. I have photos but not seeing a place to upload. The customer service when submitting my complaint has been slow at best and they still have not addressed the issue after 2 months. Do not purchase.
