WHILE PLACING A PERSONALIZATION ORDER, PLEASE, CONSIDER THE FACT THAT PERSONALISATION LOOKS LESS VISIBLE ON THE DARK LEATHER COLORS (MATTE BLACK AND DARK CHOCOLATE). So, if you would like the words or pictures to appear very bright, please, choose a lighter leather color (whiskey, emerald, deep blue etc.)
Please, consider the fact that the color and quality of the photo may differ according to displays of gadgets being used. Nevertheless, we assure you that the colors on the photos are correctly saturated to provide you the most realistic picture of the product.

Understanding Customer Service
I recently placed an order with this company. I did not realize that they were outside of the United States at the time of my order. The minute I realized it was a company in the UK I needed to cancel my order. This was a very unfortunate decision because the custom strap that I ordered look like it would be beautiful and the other reviews indicate the quality was there. I paid for the strap and I also paid for priority shipping. When I saw the money that was taken from my bank went to a UK company I immediately needed to cancel my order as I knew that I would not have my gift in a timely way. Customer service from StGeorge was Top Notch. I told them my situation and they immediately refunded my money. I still would love the strap but would need to order when I was not so pressed for time. I can only review this company based on their customer service and for that they get four stars. I do think that perhaps in their website they should indicate that they are a company located in the UK in their contact us part of their web page this way people can be prepared for duration of delivery. Hope to order the strap again.
